At Monatom, we’re proud to offer FREE shipping on all orders — no minimums, no hidden fees.

Order Processing Times

Once your order is placed, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and dispatch. An order is considered dispatched once it has been handed over to the shipping carrier and is in transit to your selected address.
During peak seasons or holidays, processing may take up to 7 business days due to increased order volume.

Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery time depends on your location and begins after dispatch.
Delays caused by customs, courier service, or external conditions (weather, strikes, etc.) may affect your delivery time.

We currently ship worldwide. Estimated shipping times will be provided at checkout and in your confirmation email.

Order Accuracy & Address Changes

To avoid delays, please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete at the time of purchase. Inaccurate or incomplete addresses can result in cancellation or shipping errors.

If our system detects a potential issue with your address, our team will email you within 3 business days to confirm details. Failure to respond may result in order cancellation.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to deliver as quickly as possible, delays may occasionally occur due to:

If an unexpected delay occurs, we’ll notify you promptly and assist however we can. Please note that Monatom is not liable for delays caused by third-party couriers or customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of our trusted courier partners. If your package is lost or stolen, please:

  2. File a claim with the courier service

We’ll also reach out to the courier on your behalf to follow up and provide any updates. While Monatom cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages, we will make every effort to help resolve the issue. In some cases, a replacement may be offered depending on the situation.
